Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill on page 1, following the enacting clause, by striking the enacting section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“That §30-9-2, §30-9-3 and §30-9-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931 as amended, be amended and reenacted, and that said Code be amended by adding thereto two new sections, designated as §30-9-33 and §30-9-34, all to read as follows:”
